First and foremost, Tim and Roddy Smith want to thank Yamaha and Chris Gero, the artist relations director for their invaluable support through the years. The guitars, basses, and studio gear, including the amazing O2R console have been a huge help in making our music. Thanks also to Tradition Guitars and Chris Donahue for the absolutely wonderful guitars and basses--sometimes you find diamonds in your own backyard--and the Tradition instruments are truly diamonds. Tim Smith wants to thank Ken Smith for making the finest basses in the world, period! Ken’s support and encouragement have been invaluable to our sound. GHS strings have been on board with the Smiths for over 20 years now--and they never let us down. Roddy wants to thank Bruce Bolen Jr., at Fender for the amazing 1965 Deluxe Reverb Reissue--it is so nice to have that sound back--Fender is back on top in the guitar amp world. Tim wants to thank his newest hookup--Matt Picker and Ampeg for the ultimate bass amps!! Also, to Chuck Surack at Sweetwater--wow, it is so nice to be able to call you a great friend--you have made it possible for the Groovehouse to sound so great--thanks for your incredible support. Without a doubt, we are blessed in Nashville to have Joe and Dave at Glaser Instruments taking care of all of our needs.
